Today I am going to write a movie review of Spiderman which I went to see at midnight along with a bunch of humans who, evidently don't have anything better to do at night than go to the theatre. Other dogs had the good sense to stay home and sleep! I had no problems with the other 3 Spiderman movies and saw no real need to reboot this franchise, but the studios, instead of coming up with something new like to re-do movies that they have already made. The movie was good, but one part did bother me a bit. In the new movie, he was bit by a spider after entering an off limits area. It isn't that it was a bad idea except that I would hope that a tech company would have better security what they had in the movie. He watched a guy get in once, and then he was able to get into the area himself. I think my email account is harder to get into so I would hope that a company's vital secrets would be better protected. However, it was still a good movie--not better than the previous ones, but definitely okay. I have to admit, I expected it to be horrible so I was pleasantly surprised when it was okay. I give it 2 paws up which is about a 6 out of 10 on the human movie scale.

Movie Review: Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance
I went to see the movie, Ghost Rider, Spirit of Vengeance, and I enjoyed it despite the lack of dogs in the movie. Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage), who is also the Ghost Rider, has to protect a young boy who is being hunted by "the devil". The movie is good, and if you liked the first movie, you should also like the sequel. I do think it could have been vastly improved if there had been the occasional dog walking across the screen, but obviously, the studio decided to risk it with only the humans. Yes, it is a daring idea, but the studios often try daring ideas--sometimes at their own peril. I would recommend this movie--I give it 4 paws up which is about a 6 out of 10 on the human scale. Nicolas Cage put a lot into this performance....I think he gave it about 150%. This is not unusual for Cage because, when he takes on a role, he makes sure that he gives it his all.

The True Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Garbage
I am making a new action movie entitled, The True Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Garbage. You might ask, why not just sue the studio that made Indiana Jones for making a bogus movie from the real story? However, in that movie, Indiana loved his dog so I'm letting it slide. Besides, my movie will be a bigger box office hit anyway. I am going to star in the title roll. Of course, there will be lots of interesting garbage. The film will take place during World War 2, and the Germans will be after the ancient garbage. Hitler thinks that whoever gets the garbage can rule the world. Of course, Indiana steps in to try to stop Hitler. I can't tell you anymore or it would spoil the movie's ending. Anyway, watch out for The True Raiders of the Lost Garbage which will soon be opening at a theatre near you!

Thor and Bronx Zoom Escapee: The Peacock
The Bronx Zoo has been voted as the best place to be sent by all the animals in the wild. This is because the animals at that zoo always seem to manage to escape and run wild through New York City. I know there are a lot of weird things in New York, but you would think that the humans would notice when they see one of the escapees running around the town. I mean if I saw a cobra watching a Broadway play, I would think something was amiss. A short time ago, it was the Bronx Zoo Cobra that was loose, but more recently, a female peacock escaped from the Bronx Zoo. Of course, the peacock had her own twitter account under the name, Bronxzoopeacock. She isn't quite as popular as the cobra, but she does have over 4,000 followers. I'm sure that amount will probably not grow as much now that she has been captured. Yes, they have found her already, and they are still going to allow her to run loose because they are sure she will be happy at the zoo now and won't try to escape again. I think with stupid statements like that, all us dogs understand how the animals manage to escape. Besides, I'm sure the peacock was just trying to get to her job at NBC as their mascot. Of course, the cobra and peacock aren't the only ones to escape from the zoo, they are also searching for a homeless person who escaped from captivity. I guess the zoo can't even keep the homeless humans from escaping, and the zoo even provides them with meals!
I went to see Thor yesterday. As usual, I put on a shirt, and the humans at the theatre never noticed that I am a dog. I enjoyed the movie. Thor reminded me of a husky because he was strong and handsome. There should have been more dogs, but the movie studios are too cheap to pay the dogs what we would deserve. Thor was an excellent movie, and I enjoyed watching it.
