I can never write too much about the deliciousness of bacon--one of my favorites meats. I also like hamburgers so when I saw this bacon burger on epic meatltime, I had to share it with my readers. Here is the link:

I would love to sink my teeth into that burger, and I'm sure other dogs would also love to have a bite of it. I think it is time for the humans to make epic mealtime for dogs. We happen to enjoy the kinds of meats they make, and I would be happy to do a guest appearance to eat some of the food they make. I'm sure they would be thrilled to have a celebrity like myself show up to help them eat the food they make. Until that time comes, I will just have to eat the hamburgers Mommy brings me-with or without baccon. I hope everyone is having a good holiday, and I think the best way to honor the sacrifices made by the humans who served their country is to eat a bacon burger! I plan to eat one in honor of my human Daddy who is no longer with us. I know he would want me to have a bacon burger.

Alligators Are Not Good Pets!
I don't think I have to bother to write much about how humans make great pets for dogs. There are so many dogs who own humans; and for the most part, the humans do make delightful pets. You can imagine my surprise the other day when I had a dog tell me that he had a pet alligator. I think this is a silly pet for a dog to have. In fact, when a dog gets too close to an alligator, the dog might become the alligator's dinner. Sure, they do have nice teeth similar to us dogs, but that does not make for a good pet. I told my dog pal to stick with humans because alligators are just too dangerous. I hope he listens because I think alligators should stay in their home in Orlando, Florida-Gatorland.

Hank the Cow Dog and Journey of the Shih Tzu
I've got some fantastic news for my readers. There is a book series out about Hank the Cow Dog which were written by John R. Erickson and Gerald L. Holmes. I had never heard of Hank the Cow Dog until today, but now I have to order his books. A book about a dog has to be a winner! For those of my readers who might be interested in the books, they can be purchased on amazon and here is the address:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Hank+the+Cowdog&x=21&y=17
I'm sure I will enjoy these books.
Speaking of cool dog books, my pal, Raja, has published a book called The Journey of the Shih Tzu. It can be purchased from Raja's blog, http://www.traveldogbooks.com/. It can also be purchased on amazon.com. If you decide to purchase it and you do it from Raja's blog, be sure and tell them Demon Flash Bandit sent you. Raja is not only my friend, but my photo is in Raja's book and who wouldn't want to have my photo to enjoy? My human said I'm not supposed to say stuff like that, but I'm a dog, and a dog speaks the truth.
I went to McDonalds yesterday and got dinner--2 McDoubles, and they were so nice they gave me little tiny dog biscuits which I love. I am such a dainty small dog that the big bones are hard for me to eat. Yeah, that is kind of a joke since I'm actually a medium size dog and the humans say I have "gator teeth", but I still love those tiny little bones. They make a dog feel like a puppy again, and felling like a puppy is nice.
