Mommy bought the first season of the television show, Wilfred. This television show stars Elijah Wood, and it is about him and a neighbor's dog, Wilfred. To everyone else, Wilfred looks like a dog, but to Ryan (played by Elijah Wood), he looks like a human in a dog suit, and he talks. By the way, I, Demon Flash Bandit, also speak human so that is not at all hard for me to believe. The two become friends and the show is about their "adventures". So far, I've found it to be a delightful show, and I think it shows remarkably good taste that a network like FX would have such a delightful show in their line-up. I love it. Angel Zoom Smokey loves it. I've asked a couple of my pals who are of the dog persuasion, and they also love it. I would suggest you watch this show particularly if you like dogs. It is a good show!

Wrong People Cleaning House!
I was glancing through the mail that came to my humans today (a dog has to keep up with what is going on in the house), and there was a brochure that said, "the wrong people are cleaning your house". As one of the family dogs responsible for guarding the homestead, I was a bit upset. Who are these unauthorized people who are coming in here to clean the house? Why have I not observed them when they are cleaning? Are they sneaking in to clean during my naps? These are questions that a dog does not like to have to ask! Angel Zoom Smokey (the other family dog) and myself do not like strangers coming in to clean. We don't like it when our humans clean, and we don't want any unfriendly vacuum cleaners entering our domain. Now this dog is going to have to spend my valuable time that could be better spent napping in trying to track down these cleaning desperados who are breaking into the house to clean it. A dog's work is never done!!!!

Dog Artist!
I'm sure many of my readers have contemplated buying some art work to make their homes more beautiful. There are many art subjects, but I have to admit that, in my opinion, the best painting you can add to an art collection is one of a dog. I'm not just saying that because I'm a dog myself, but because seeing a dog hanging on the wall in a painting makes everyone feel good-except maybe the family cat, and who cares what the cat thinks anyway? Whether the dog is sleeping, walking, running, eating, or sitting, the painting will make anyone who looks at it feel happier just for having viewed it. Of course, I have shared some of my own art work on my blog in the past so the next best thing to having art whose subject is a dog is to have art work that is painted by a dog. I want to share a website with my readers where they can purchase dog art. Be sure and tell the site that Demon Flash Bandit sent you. I always love it when my readers do that even though the site has no idea who I am. That is why I think it is funny. Here is the address:

Pooping Sweater: Fashionable Attire
My human was unavailable to type this for me earlier today so I am typing it with my own paws because this needs to be shared as soon as possible. As my loyal readers already know, I always share wonderful items that can be purchased on the Internet, and I have found one of those products today. It is too good to wait until later today to share when my human has the time so I am doing it now. That product is a pooping sweater. In fact, I am thinking that a dog had to have thought of this wonderful product because it is so cool. The reindeer on the sweater poops out candy. A dog can follow the human wearing this sweater around and have treats falling all over the place! I wish I could have found it earlier and shared it with my readers sooner because this is a great gift for the person who has everything on the Christmas list. I bet most of them don't have a pooping sweater!!!! Sure, it may have "Christmas" theme, but I think this would be a fashion statement anytime of the year. For those who are interested in seeing this delightful item, go to:

Money: Not Just for Breakfast Anymore!
A couple in Florida have a dog named Tuity who ate $1,000 in cash. Then they fed the dog hydrogen peroxide to make the dog vomit the money back up, and sent the pieces to the Department of Treasury for replacement. I feel bad for the dog being forced to drink hydrogen peroxide to throw up. I can guarantee you if Tuity had something like roast beast from Arbys, Tuity would not have had to resort to eating money. Money was a stupid thing for the humans to feed Tuity because money is not edible unless Tuity is a termite. Perhaps the couple thought they had a pet termite instead of a dog! It would have been cheaper to leave some decent treats laying around for Tuity. Anyway, I think if the humans are going to start feeding their dogs money (and I do not recommend this as a diet option), they should at least face the consequences and not induce the dog into vomitting so that they can get their money back. If you ask me, this is a stingy couple who needs to learn where the treat section of the store is located!

Human Decorators are Boring!
Today I am writing about a product that I feel is an insult to dogs everywhere. That product is the amazing mat. I am sharing a link so that you can see what it does.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2kNLFL0zMc
The mat is supposed to keep dirt from getting into a home, office, or wherever you choose to put it. This mat will stop muddy pawprints before a dog can get into the house with muddy paws. I think this is awful because a dog goes to the trouble of getting paws dirty for the purpose of properly decorating the human homes. Many humans have boring, uninteresting homes because they spend entirely too much time cleaning them. In the process of cleaning, they clean all the interesting sights and smells out of their homes. Yes, I know it is stupid, but you have to remember, you are dealing with humans here--not dogs. We dogs don't waste time and energy cleaning to make a place look less interesting. For all the dogs who are reading this, I would suggest you make sure that this product never comes into your home. If it does, chew it to pieces before it can turn your home into a sterile, uninteresting environment. Remember, if a dog doesn't fix the situation, no one will.

Honorary Dog Award for Matt Damon
Today I am going to share a letter that I wrote to Matt Damon. He is a great actor, and I was listening to his thoughts on the recent passage of the debt deal. I think he should be made an honorary dog!!!
Dear Matt Damon,
I know you are probably surprised to be receiving a letter from Demon Flash Bandit, famous blogging dog, and recent dogster dog of the week choice, but I heard your comments on the debt deal, and I had to write you and let you know that this dog agrees with you wholeheartedly. At the moment, I've been told that I do not have to worry about taxes-not because I'm a dog, but because I am broke. It seems that my humans did not start a bank account for me when I was a puppy so you can imagine how upset I was to learn that I am not a wealthy dog. However, if I were a wealthy dog, I would not mind paying a bit more in taxes in order to make life better for eveyone else. If you have a million dollars and you pay $100,000 in tax, it is still considerably more than the average person has to live on so you are still going to live well. It is my observation that the humans want to impose the most taxes on the people who make the least. That makes no sense to this dog. You have my paw of approval and I will continue to go to the theatre to see you in the movies in which you star. By the way, I really enjoyed True Grit. I wasn't particularly fond of the original one with John Wayne. I am awarding you my honorary dog award. I don't give that to many humans!
Love, Demon Flash Bandit
It is so nice to find a human who has some dog sense.

Movie Review of Paul
Today's blog is going to be a movie review of the movie, Paul. This movie was written by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost who also star in the movie. My readers might remember these two from other movies they have done together: Shaun of the Dead, and Hot Fuzz. The movie starts out decades ago when Paul's spaceship crash lands on Earth. His ship killed a dog in the crash of which I personally did not approve. They could have killed a bird or even a cat, but not a dog! Then the movie moves on into the present time. Graeme Willy played by Simon Pegg and Clive Gollings played by Nick Frost are two friends attending the ComicCon as their "dream vacation". Both are big sci-fi fans, and Clive Gollings is an aspiring writer. After the ComicCon, the two rent an RV to tour the southwest area's famous UFO related locations: Area 51, and Roswell, New Mexico are part of the itinerary. Along the way, they meet up with a real space alien named Paul, whose voice is provided by Seth Rogan. They also "kidnap" a young woman at an RV park whose name is Ruth Buggs played by Kristen Wiig. They are being chased by federal agents led by Agent Zoil played by Jason Bateman. Paul is trying to get to the spot where he can take a spaceship back to his world. The movie is the story of what happened along the way. Will Paul make it to the spaceship or will the federal agents capture him first? I suggest you watch the movie to find out. It is a good movie except for the very beginning when the dog was killed. Being a dog myself, I did not care for that part!!! I did approve of Paul bringing a bird back to life and eating it alive--not the bringing it back part, but the eating it part. I think birds are evil! I give the movie 4 paws up and a tail wag.
