United Airlines Bans Some Dog Breeds

United Airlines has a list of dog breeds that are no longer allowed to fly in their airplanes. It is sad to see this discrimination against dogs. When will it end? I can foresee that in the near future, since they are banning some dogs from flights, they will be firing flight attendents who are from those banned breeds. Let's take the case of Julie, a Pit Bull who has been a flight attendent for the past 8 years. Julie takes her job very seriously and is a credit to her wings, but you know that United will not want a Pit Bull to be a flight attendent if they won't let a Pit Bull be a passenger. When will it end? Will all of the banned breed dog pilots also be grounded. Will they allow the ground crew to continue if they are part of a banned breed of dog. I don't think this is fair, and I hope the government will get involved and let United know that they aren't allowed to discriminate against dogs like that. My guess is that United will change its mind when the first dog sues for discrimination, and I think the dog will have a good case. Let's hope it costs United a lot! Rats on a Plane

In the continual discrimination against dogs, airlines most often have us ride in the cargo area like we are some kind of animal. However, Delta had a rat riding on one of its planes which seems very unfair to this dog. No wonder they don't want dogs in the passenger area. A dog would never allow a rat to occupy the same area as a dog. I don't think I even have to tell you what a cat would do in this situation since cats have less patience with rats than dogs. The FDA grounded a Delta plane because, during inspections held between Jan 26-Feb. 2, 2011, a lot of rodent droppings were found by the plane's galley. The galley is where food and beverages are stored. Urine traces were discovered on 6 galley ceilings. The culprit is probably a roof rat, which is a species that abounds in Atlanta, Georgia. According to news sources, the rat was found, and the plane is flying again.

In the past, I have written my personal observation about a conspiracy involving Mickey Mouse and his plans for world domination. I am quite sure that Mickey is behind this recent incident. The reason most dogs aren't allowed to ride in a seat like a normal "human" passenger is because Mickey and his "rat" conspirators wouldn't want a dog on board. Obviously, the airlines are in on the conspiracy. I suggest that all dogs write Delta airlines and let them know that we know what is going on. Maybe if enough of us work together, we can stop Mickey before it is too late.

Must See Movie. Cats and Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore

Mommy went to see a movie yesterday; and of course, there was no problem with deciding which movie to see: it was Cats and Dogs 2: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. I would have liked to review this movie for my readers, but I was unable to because dogs are not allowed in theatres. I ran for President in 2008 to end this type of discrimination against dogs, but as my pals are well aware, the election was rigged in favor of the humans. My dog pals had to bring a pencil to write in my name--they left it off the ballots---can you believe it? However, the constant discrimination against myself and my fellow dogs is a topic for another blog. I know my readers want to know how the movie turned out. The plot of the movie was that one rogue cat agent, Kitty Galore, came up with an evil plan to make dogs and humans lose their bond of love. The other cats then teamed up with dogs to stop Kitty Galore because cats love their humans as much as dogs do even if many of them don't like to show it. There was also a pigeon. I think he was dinner for the cats after the filming---at least that is what this dog is going to believe. I think birds were created to be dinner. Anyway, it is a good movie for the humans who like dogs and cats. (By the way, dogs and Cats would have been a better title.) I look forward to seeing this movie when it comes out on DVD or blu ray. I think the humans should spring for the blu ray. We dogs are so good looking that hi def is always a good plan.
