Multi-Talented Cows

Today I am going to write about our good friend, the cow. It isn't that I know any cows personally, but I am a fan of ice cream, and ice cream comes from the milk they provide. Cows, for the most part, are a friendly group. They spend most of their lives hanging around a pasture eating grass. When an animal can turn grass into something as tasty as ice cream and cheese, a dog has to admire their talent. They are easy to chat with as long as you can master saying moo, and there are breeds of dogs that enjoy herding them wherever the farmer wants them to go. Yes, life would be a lot more boring without delicious ice cream that I enjoy every night so the next time you see a cow when you are out shopping or enjoying a night on the town, be sure and tell them how much you appreciate them. For those of you who doubt that you would see them "out on the town", here is a dancing cow video for you to enjoy.

Angus Burgers at Subway: Delicious!!!!!

Since I was a puppy, I have loved the burgers from Burger King. I think that realm which is ruled by King Burger must be a magical land filled with delicious foods. It is difficult for my humans to even get me to try another burger--until yesterday. Mommy came home with an Angus burger from Subway, and I actually asked for a bite because it smelled so good. I must let my readers know that it tasted as good as it smelled. Finally, I have found another burger that I will eat. For those of you who have not tried it, I would suggest you get one as soon as possible. I am not being paid by Subway for writing this, but I am doing it because a burger that good deserves my praise. I only wish that Mommy had given me her entire burger. She did share, but I would have liked to have eaten the entire sandwich. If you should decide to try one, be sure and ask to have it toasted because I doubt if it would taste as good cold. I even ate the cheese that was on the burger from Subway. Mommy has to order Burger King burgers for me without cheese because I don't like the cheese they use there. I am picky about cheese, and the cheese Burger King uses does not meet my standards!

I might add that Subway has tasty cookies too, but they do not serve the delicious milkshakes that Burger King serves so perhaps the humans running Subway might check into adding them to the menu. One nice thing about Subway is that you can add bacon, and bacon is also very delicious. I have yet to meet a dog who does not like bacon.

BK's Meat Monster--Sounds Delicious!

Burger King in Japan is introducing a new burger called the "Meat Monster". This burger has 2 pieces of hamburger meat, a chicken breast, 2 slices of cheese, 3 pieces of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Customers will be able to customize the burger by adding teriyaki sauce, an egg, a fish patty, or all of the them. The basic meat monster has 1,160 calories compared to 690 for a regular whopper. This dog has never asked how many calories any of my food contains, but it seems to be something the humans worry about. My personal observation is that the more calories, the better it tastes so I'm hoping that Burger King in the United States will add this burger to the menu. I would be honored if they called it the Demon Flash Bandit burger, but as long as it is on the menu, I don't care if they call it the Heart Attack Burger. This dog would love to try it. In fact, I know I would love it so it would quickly become a favorite of mine. Humans can be so silly. You would think that if they eat tofu, they will live forever which is never going to happen so you might as well enjoy all the good stuff while you can. This is what dogs do. We don't worry about it--we know what we like and we eat it. I would love for Burger King to make a burger with even more meat on it. I usually don't eat the buns anyway. For those who enjoy Taco Bell (like Angel Zoom Smokey), Taco Bell is experimenting with a taco shell made from Doritos nacho cheese flavor. It sounds like a good idea to me, but I don't eat Taco Bell. When my humans order it, I don't bother them for a taste. Demon Flash Bandit (Wants the Meat Monster Served at U.S. Burger Kings)
