Angry Birds Hat Inappropriate Hat for Prince Harry

I hate to have to write this since I am not British, but I think the royal family has finally crossed the line and should not be allowed to continue to rule. How did I come to this conclusion? It is a very simple answer.....Prince Harry was seen wearing an angry birds hat. I have written in past blogs about how the royal family seem to enjoy wearing silly hats. Up until now, it is just merely a showing of bad taste. However, birds are evil and are planning to take over the planet so wearing a bird on one's head is highly inappropriate behavior. When a Prince does this, he is giving the message, "birds are okay"-nothing could be further from the truth. Birds are evil varmints that should be killed upon sight. Even cats know this fact, and all dogs know that cats are not geniuses. Yet you have a human who is part of the royal family who is essentially telling his subjects (or his grandmother's subjects-we dogs don't tend to keep up with royal protocol or royal talk) that birds are wonderful and even make a great theme for a hat. Why didn't he just wear a hat with bananas and papayas on it? I would not suggest tomatoes because tomatoes have been known to kill people. (I refer you to the Killer Tomato movies.) If I were British, I would be calling for an end to royal rule due to the family not showing the proper hatred for birds. Here is the link so that you can see for yourself that I am not making this up...he really did wear an angry birds hat:

On a totally unrelated subject, today is zucchini day which is a stupid day in my opinion. Why not just change it to bacon day? If bacon already has a day, it doesn't matter. Bacon is so delicious, it deserves 2 days.

I just read a seemingly innocent article about tomatoes being a possible plant to use for Christmas decorating.

However, I have written past blog articles about the nasty variety of killer tomatoes that have even been covered by several Hollywood movies. Humans have such short memories about such things. Sure, not every tomato is evil, but the evil ones look like the good ones so it is hard to tell which is which. I would suggest everyone watch the movie, "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" or any of its 3 sequels or the animated documentary so the humans will at least be semi-prepared if they do turn out to be of the killer variety. Personally, I would just decorate with something less dangerous--like maybe TNT, but that is me, and I am a dog. Being a dog, I've got more sense than the humans. Personally, I happen to prefer a more interesting decor often involving stuff that I have personally rescued from the garbage. The humans don't seem to appreciate that decorating scheme,, but it is quite lovely. I also like to decorate with bones and dog toys. A well placed bone can give a room that "lived in by a dog" look that is so popular with the humans. A bit of fur placed in strategic places also gives a wonderful look to a room. In fact, since the humans are dumb enough to decorate with tomatoes, I think I will start my own interior decorating service so the humans can live in homes that really look good. Move over, Martha Stewart, you have been replaced by Demon Flash Bandit!

Killer Tomatoes

Sometimes it becomes difficult for a dog to live with his humans and not wonder how they have managed to survive as long as they have. I am going to give you an example of what I am barking about. There have been many tornadoes that have done much damage and taken many lives in the last month across the United States including one that hit my own humans hometown of Ringgold, Georgia. This has been very sad, and my prayers have gone out to all the people affected by these storms. On a lighter note, my human is getting older and she is supposed to wear reading glasses which she is not fond of wearing---something about not wanting to admit she is getting old or being too vain to wear them--or some combination of the above. This leads me to my topic for today. Mommy got on the computer yesterday, and the title of a news item was "killer tornadoes" which Mommy read as "killer tomatoes" because she wasn't wearing the reading glasses. For those who have read my blog last year about the danger of killer tomatoes or who are unfamiliar with the concept, there are several documentary movies called Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. I have been concerned with this topic since I watched the movies as a puppy because it also makes a dog realize that if a tomato can become a killer, this could happen to other vegetables. This is why us dogs prefer to eat meat. Anyway, be sure and watch out for tornadoes and tomatoes, and anything else that might be out to hurt you, but don't forget to watch out for the evil birds. Anything that can fly around dropping "bird bombs" on everyone can't be trusted!
